Green Dara Stars is offering flat rate shipping option for customers in Jordan.

Shipping & Delivery to destination

  • We offer flat rate shipping options to your door step all around Jordan.
  • Hardware orders are filled by our warehouse from Saturday to Thursday, except holidays.
  • Orders received before 12:00 PM. (Amman Time) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM. (Amman Time), on weekends, and on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Tangible Products are shipped out from Amman. Software-only might be sent via email or physically shipped to destination depends on the psychical attributes of the delivery.
  • Once order is handed to the carrier, Tracking number of the shipment  will be added to your order details to track your package.
  • Final destination delivery is carried out only with official working days and hours.
  • Carrier will collect the total order amount during delivery, Therefore consignee need to make sure cash is available on the expected delivery time.
  • Consignees are expected to inspect the psychical attribute and condition of their orders upon delivery, to ensure product condition are as expected and not damaged during shipping

Shipping Cost

The flat shipping cost is displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status and history page.

Store Pick-up

Our products can be picked from store.

If this is your first time buying from Green Dara Stars, you will find on the product checkout pages and option to select delivery method, consignee can choose door step delivery or store pick-up option.

Once you register and place an order successfully, your shipping information will be saved and can be selected during future order to ease the process.

Consignee will receive a notification email and a phone call from our sales representative when item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.

If you would like someone else to pick up your items, Please make sure to comment on your order with that person name. To pick up your items from the store, you will need to to provide us with your order number, Your name and a payment receipt from our billing department.
